Fitment Guarantee & Return Policy
The Excite Workshop Standard We take pride in manufacturing the highest quality fiberglass aero parts on the market. Our hybrid cloth construction and extended curing times are designed to minimize warping and ensure a superior fit compared to standard chopped-mat kits.
However, it is important to understand the nature of aftermarket composites.
Fitment & Installation Disclaimer Please Read Before Purchasing: While our molds are engineered for precision, fiberglass body parts are not “bolt-on” like OEM stamped steel or injection-molded plastic.
- Professional Installation Required: We highly recommend that installation be performed by a professional body shop experienced specifically with aftermarket fiberglass customization. Standard collision repair shops often lack the experience required to properly prep and install custom aero.
- Prep Work is Normal: It is industry standard for fiberglass parts to require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling, and gap-alignment prior to painting.
- Not 100% OEM: Due to the handmade nature of composite manufacturing, minor adjustments are a necessary part of the installation process to achieve a perfect, show-quality gap.
Return Policy We want you to be stoked on your build. If you need to return an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Inspect Before You Paint: Once an item is sanded, drilled, painted, or altered in any way, it is non-returnable. You must test-fit the item on your vehicle immediately upon receipt and before dropping it off at the paint booth.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in brand-new, uninstalled condition with original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: Due to the size and shipping costs associated with aero parts, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect verified by our team.
Shipping Damage Fiberglass is durable, but shipping carriers can be rough.
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery while the driver is present.
- Refuse Damaged Freight: If the box shows significant damage or the part is cracked, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. If you sign for a damaged package without noting the damage on the delivery receipt, we may not be able to file a claim on your behalf.
