2. Nature of Goods (Fiberglass & Aftermarket Parts)

2.1 Aftermarket Components All products sold by Excite Workshop are aftermarket components intended for off-road or show use only. They are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.

2.2 “Off-Road Use Only” Disclosure Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are sold for off-road, track, and show purposes. Excite Workshop makes no representation that these parts are street legal or comply with DOT, NHTSA, or EPA regulations in your specific jurisdiction. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local laws regarding vehicle modification.

2.3 Fitment & Finish

  • Gel-Coat Finish: Our fiberglass parts ship in a protective gel-coat finish. This is not a final paint job. Scratches, chips, or spider cracks in the gel-coat caused by shipping or storage are normal and will be removed during the sanding and prep process.
  • Installation: Fiberglass parts are not “bolt-on.” They require professional preparation, including sanding, shaving, filling, and gap alignment.
  • Professional Installation: We require installation by a professional body shop experienced in custom aftermarket composites. Standard collision repair shops may not have the necessary experience to install these parts correctly.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Freight Shipping Large items (bumpers, hoods, side skirts) are shipped via freight carrier.

  • Inspection Required: The customer must inspect the package immediately upon delivery while the driver is present.
  • Damaged Goods: If the box appears damaged or the part is broken, you must REFUSE the shipment and note “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
  • Signature Release: If you sign for the package without noting damage, you are accepting the item “as is,” and Excite Workshop cannot file a claim or offer a replacement.

3.2 Risk of Loss All items purchased from Excite Workshop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

4.2 Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unpainted, undrilled, unsanded, and unmodified.
  • Once a sandpaper touches the product, it is yours. No exceptions.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

4.3 Restocking Fees All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and repackaging costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Excite Workshop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, engine, or other components caused by the installation of our parts.
  • We are not responsible for tickets, impounds, or legal issues resulting from the modification of your vehicle for use on public roads.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Excite Workshop and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our product photos or logo for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

7. Governing Law
